Break down the shoulder mobility, core integration, and scapular stability required of you for a solid and reliable Pincha Mayurasana.

Play with variations using props and walls and then begin to use these props to get off the wall.

Variations will build from basic L and Vertical set ups to find the actions of alignment to more complex Stag and Scorpion shapes.

Props Needed: Wall Space, a chair (doesn’t have to be a yoga chair), 2 blocks, 1 strap, mat.

Intermediate to Advanced practioners will get the most from this practice. But all levels are welcome to join. Recording will be sent if you miss the livestream. Free to all Livestream Subscribers.
