Hip Opening All Ways

This flow opens the hips in all way. We strengthen around the pelvis and stretch hip flexors, glutes, inner thighs, and pelvic floor. Sun salutations build heat. We move into a Mandala Flow and take it to the wall for King Arthur, Backbends, Samakonasana, and Frog Pose.
