Steady Rhythm

Class is focused on a slow, steady, even breath rate. We use the song, “Happy” by Owen Phillips to create a spacious even breath throughout most of class. 2 2-minute forearm planks will test your ability to lean and use the breath when things get firey. Rhythmic flow that you can do any day to strengthen and ground.
