Waves and Undulations Flow

Summer of waves and undulations. We’ve been working these patterns in our core and spine this month. Knees-Chest-Chin waving into cobra, slow burn to wake up the core, and deepening into backbends. Enjoy this practice, and the inner heat that radiates to draw you into deeper poses like Upavista Konasana and Urdvha Danurasana.
