I created a 1 hour 25 minute STRONG, SPICY, Holiday Flow just for you! This flow based practice is spiked with lots of warming core work and will get you sweaty, rev up your heartbeat, strengthen and stretch your muscles in all directions (well rounded, a bit of everything, no "peak pose" kinda practice), and lead you down to that nice looooong savasana your body has been craving amidst the holidaze, complete with gratitude mediation.
