Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? - Mary Oliver

Where in the world should we go together next?

Retreats have become such a juicy, meaningful and creative way for us to deep dive heart first into exploration of the multi-faceted gifts of yoga. For me - curating experiential learning in a residency environment, connecting somatic practices to season and landscape, soaking in the richness of the chances to share more nuance, detail, depth, and layers of the practice, holding intensives that build one into the next, getting to know students more deeply and building a stronger container - it all has me glowing from the inside out. And for retreaters - after a dynamic, meditative, sensual, deeply embodied yoga session where the whole body is awakened and the tidal breath slows and widens the capacity to behold all the sights, tastes, smells, & sensations of travel uplevels and feels so much more fully embodied, received, and imprinted into deep memory. Dive into your practice. Dive into unobstructed presence. Allow your body and your mind to arrive in the same place at the same time. Dive into your deepest, wisest, truest heart space away from the hustle. And dive into your adventurous side that wants to see and learn and evolve as it comes into connection with all the new and exciting places we will go together!

My 2024 retreats launched in 2023 and either sold out in one week or have just a few rooms remaining. These spots are going fast, and though I don’t have capacity to lead more than two big international retreats per year, I am already planning where we will go in 2025 and I would love to hear your input for time and place.
