Sunday Yoga Church is a meeting space for experienced practitioners and movement teachers looking to expand their edge of growth and potential on the mat and safely and confidently open to new movement possibilities in a precise, progressive approach. Are you committed to creating the right conditions for a breakthrough in your practice? Enjoy precise instruction, rigorous poses and transitions, intelligent sequencing, creative use of props, postures that you might not see in your run-of-the-mill Vinyasa class and explanations, workshops, and breakdowns that you certainly will not see there. Potent practice themes merge and connect week to week and a wonderful community of committed and thoughtful practitioners gather to explore and inquire.

Wednesday 6:30-7:30 am EST, Strong Flow

BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION:

Wednesday Strong Flow is smooth like honey. This class is prop light and will help you drop out of the monkey mind and into the rhythm of your body and your breath. Move in all directions, connect to your core, and surf the wave of the breath into the sea of bliss. Time will be devoted each session to the art of repetition - Sun Salutations that flow at the metronome of yoru ujjayi breath without so many fancy poses or transitions to get up in your head about. A trusted classic and the best way to get your newbie yoga buddy to fall in love and commit to the practice. If you want a dependable steady strong vinyasa flow - this class is for you.

Friday 7:30-8:30 am EST, Yoga HIIT

CHALLENGE YOUR FITNESS:

Fridays in Yoga HIIT we Power up! You will need a pair of light hand weights for this class. This is my sweatiest and spiciest class of the week and the endorphin high is a little bit addictive once you get started! Adding hand weights is a fantastic way to build lean muscle mass, stabilize joints, and clarify alignment for the hypermobile/flexible student. Interspersing High Intensity Intervals of cardiovascular work throughout strong steady flows with the weights brings the heat. I love weaving unconventional multi-planar movements with the weights that target long fascial chains and not just single muscle movers like you might use weights at the gym. As we age and hormones shift the single most important thing you can do for your metabolism, health, and longevity is to build and maintain lean muscle mass for the health of our joints, bones, and brain.   • No, when you sign up for either the 1 or 2 membership, you are registered for the same class each week. So if you select Sunday, you can attend every live Sunday class. If you select Wednesday and Friday, you can attend every Wednesday and Friday class.

  • All live classes are joined via zoom. Your options are:

    1. Sunday 10-11:30 am EST

    2. Wednesday 6:30-7:30 am EST

    3. Friday 7:30-8:30 am EST

  • The Sunday class is ideal for advanced practitioners/teachers, where we workshop uncommon poses and prop-setups.

    Wednesday’s class is prop light and more of a steady, strong vinyasa flow.

    Friday’s class is the sweatiest class, incorporating light weights to add strength and power into your practice.

  • Memberships are billed monthly using the credit card information you provide. You can cancel any time. Each membership is for a single person/household. Please don't share your membership with others. Information given in classes may not be copied, recorded or redistributed without written permission.

  • One person or household per subscription, please! Honor system.

  • If you have the 1, 2, 3 or VIP membership, your livestream recordings will automatically be added to your video library once they uploaded.

  • Your monthly subscription starts the day you enroll and renews every 30 days. Your first week is always a free trial. With the Big Sale January 17-24, 2024 you get one month free trial before your card is charged.

  • Upon subscribing you will have access to a page on the membership portal with a zoom meeting link and password.

  • I pride myself in being a highly consistent and dependable yoga teacher. I stick to my weekly yoga livestream schedule, aside from a week off for winter holiday and summer holiday when I shut down the livestream class two weeks of the year and provide a video link for those missed classes. I lead international yoga retreats 2 times a year and during these times, I will usually provide a pre-recorded class to my Livestream Members rather than teaching my regularly scheduled classes. Aside from that, you will always find me, live, offering feedback, and supporting you with creative and enlivening practices.
