Gain confidence, strength, and clarity in Handstand

In this 30-Day Challenge we will build a foundation that creates confidence, body awareness, and a more certain path in and out of a handstand. Follow a program of progressive daily drills and conditioning exercises. In a commitment of less than 30 minutes a days, these exercises and practices are guaranteed to progress your handstand practice.

Troubleshooting handstand practices, helping students find massive "aha" breakthroughs on the mat, and solid gameplans to carry forward into your daily training to feel incrementally more confident going upside down is a passion of mine as your yoga instructor!

No matter where you are in your handstand practice this 30-day challenge will offer you insight, strength, and body awareness to transform your practice.

  • gathering momentum, flexibility, and agility to hop up into a handstand at the wall

  • hopping in the middle of the room

There are two formats:

  • One is all online, do it yourself. Receive an e-book with outlining the program and providing hyperlinks to daily video playlists online.

  • The second approach brings live coaching from Lily into the mix with your online work at home. Each week you will be accountable to email Lily one video, 5 minutes or less, documenting your progress on the handstand drills so that she can offer individualized coaching to accelerate your path to Handstand. You will also receive one 60-minute private virtual coaching session via Zoom with Lily.
