In all my offerings, I coach students to reclaim their innate strength, vitality, and energy flow through their pelvis and low belly. This is the common thread in everything I share: from the precise way I sequence and cue a Flow class, to my passion for supporting pregnant people to drop out of the headspace of what ifs to drop in deep and trust their body and breathe down to their babies, to my joy for helping postpartum people reclaim their center physically and energetically, to my love of Handstands as a meditation on true core, to my years of coaching Yoga for Athletes in agility, mobility, restoration, and injury prevention, to my work with scoliosis and mediating center in an asymmetrical body.
