Here's 3 tips to approach the recording for your deepest benefit:
1. Minutes 1-7 are a check in we did at the beginning of the session and I read each person's response to the group. (since so many of us share the same issues in the pose, it is helpful to hear what folks share!).
The two questions I asked, that you can ponder too are:
i. where are you right now in your forearm stand journey?
and
ii. what is in your way?
2. the exercise at minute 17-20 is your homework to build endurance in your shoulder strength to hold more reliable long holds in forearm stand.
3. at the end of the practice, 1 hour 3 min to 1 hour 7 min, I talk through these cliffs notes of what we uncovered in the workshop shared for you concisely below my sign off.
