Super grounding flow. We start, belly down, blanket under our hips to feel the breath expanding into the low belly. From there we extend the spine and open the hips and strengthen the shoulders and core before moving into breath based flow. Deeping of hip opening, hamstrings opening, and inner leg opening pulls us into finishing poses like pigeon, splits, and supra virasana before we simmer down for final relaxation.
