For when you want a spicy one: First we open ankle and sacral mobility warming and opening quads and hip flexors for backbends. From here we move into lateral opening of the hips and legs, glute strength and side bending capacity peak poses include bird of paradise, hurdler’s in sidebend, and super soldier pose.
