One installment is due today and will reserve the room for you at the early bird rate and the second charge for $500 must be paid on or before 7/15/23. This gives folks who need it a bit more time to cover the deposit and still lock in EarlyBird Rates.
Early Bird Savings are reflected in the listed price. Rates increase by $300 for those who make deposits after 6/15/23.
All Balance Payments are due no later that Monday, 12/4/23. You will receive an invoice to pay the balance by credit card one week ahead of the due date on Monday, 11/27/23, and again on the date due.
