Core and Hips Conditioning Class

I made this class for you while I am away leading retreat in Fuerteventura, Spain. It’s a quick one (under 45 minutes) and less yoga / flow more strength and conditioning. about 75% core work and 25% hip strength. Get prepared by gathering a ball, kettlebell, and two blocks. Enjoy!
