Somatic Warm Up preps the chest, neck, ribs, and pelvis for binds. Salutations gradually increase in intensity and build heat. Thoracic rotation, strong legs, open heart, and bound variations. Bird of Paradise, Twisted Vine, and Reverse Bird of Paradise emerge in our final, and spiciest, standing sequence. Firefly pose, double bound pigeon, and Danurasana with Overhead connection emerge in the cool down. Breathe deeply while you are in a bind!
