Let’s flow and let go and open the channel. This practice is all about linking breath and movement to release stagnant energy, to open the channel, to lighten our grasp. Use it generously in times of stress or anxiety, when you feel yourself needing the reminder to let it flow. We wind through three meandering vinyasas that progressively open us into deeper and more expansive postures. Class finishes with time to strengthen core and shoulders, fly a bit in forearm stand, open our hearts to supported (and not supported) backbends, and release the muscles of the hips that hold those long flows all together.
