Shorty Spicy

Created based on your popular requests for a short class (under 40 minutes!) that you can get into a strong practice that packs it in when you are short on time. I created this one at Seabright Beach, my local neighborhood beach here in Santa Cruz where my boys love to swim and play. Roll out your mat, grab one block and get ready for a powerful, focused practice that gets you into breath guided flow and sun salutations, abs, balance, inversions, and even a few prone backbends. This one will help you feel strong and grounded when you are short on time. (and you might want to put this one on repeat!).
