Wintering Flow
We start with Viloma Pranayama and diving cat cow into slow subtle pieces and move into rotation, lateral flexion, side planks, and thoracic expansion. Peak poses include: Visvamitrasana, Ardha Bhekasana, Side Crow, Toe Tap Handstands, and kneeling Ardha Chandra Chapasana. We unwind with seated poses and settle in for a long wintering Savasana.
