Class starts with slow sidebends, hip and shoulder opening and progresses into “party time” to stimulate lymph and awaken the energy body before deepening our flows with lunges, twists, and lots of time for forearm stand. We finish with abs and outer hips, twists, sidebands, and folds before melting into Savasana.
