Class starts with about 30 minutes of foundational deep dive into the Deep Core (You can bookmark this one just to repeat the first 30 minutes and connect to your core!). From there we flow into low lunge salutations, strengthen glutes, and open our hips and backbends. Class finishes with my favorite planting Lotus Seeds sequence.
