We start belly down : sphinx, pec opening, full prostration, internal rotation, forearm plank. From there we progress ladder-flow style into lateral opening hips and ribs culminating in super soldier pose, visvamitrasana, parighasana variations, and more. Flow in low to the ground and deliciously deep release for outer hips and inner thighs and ribs before winding down with Pigeon and Gomukhasana.
