We start with a dreamy supine flow to mobilize spinal twists and outer hips and side bending capacity. Class progresses into. core work and 2 standing flows put on repeat so we can really drop into a flow state. Warm and connected, we proceed into twists, puppy press, and peak poses including Revolved Seated Forward Fold, Side Splits, and Puppy Press. We wind down with shoulder stand propped up to get super vertical before melting into Savasana.
